I try to start my truck and she turns over with a very rough idle for a minute or two as long as the rpms are kept high enough. If not she will die out then not start again. Will crank but not turn over again. Then with all the cranking the battery will die. The charging system wasn’t taking over so the battery, alternator, alternator plug and both battery cables have been replaced along with tune up,oil change and trans filter and gasket. Timing I off and I’m not sure if that would cause the starting issue and since she hasn’t started I’m not sure if the charging system will take over right now or not. Last week on a full charge after getting her started finally after the starting issue she turned over and ran 13 times and on the 14th try was dead. Jump start and got home with zero battery charge and zero accessories running.

You have more than one problem. The charging system needs to get fixed first. Check all your wiring for a problem. Once that is done, the timing may have to do with the rough idle and needing to keep the RPM high to keep it running. The timing chain may have slipped.
