Shortly after we stopped driving this vehicle on a daily basis, the instrument cluster is no longer working. Wipers always on, guages, light controls, overhead lights and door controls do not work. Center console controls, radio, climate controls function, door do work from other locations. No obvious wiring issues or bad fuses. Is this more likely issue with actual instrument cluster or TIPM?
