      I have a 1996 Buick/Riviera 3.8 L V6/Supercharged

car hesitates at 55-60. Replaced plugs, wires, fuel pump, fuel regulator, fuel filter,

IAT sensor, MAF sensor, air filter and still get:Check Eng.Light (PO102)

      Starts up immediately.

That code is a low frequency code for the mass airflow sensor. Did you replace the MAF with a Genuine GM part? If you used an aftermarket MAF sensor, it’s probably junk, and I would recommend spending the money for the GM part. The hesitation can be many different things, and it looks like you’ve changed quite a few parts! Could be injectors or lack of flow, but if that MAF is still setting a code that can do it too.
