How To Get Year End Model New Car Deals

Just a quick post to talk about all the year end new car deals. This is a really good time to buy a new car if you’re in the market! The best savings can usually be found from late August to late September at your new car dealer. Plus, with the economy the way it is, this is the time to wheel and deal! New car dealers are very anxious to get rid of their current stock of 2011 cars and trucks to make way for all the 2012 models, which are showing up already! Another big plus is that you can most times get top dollar for your trade in if you have one.

Some quick tips for buying a new vehicle this time of year are….don’t be pressured! If it doesn’t feel right, or you’re just not happy with the deal, don’t purchase! Like I’ve said in a previous article, go with your gut feeling here. You always know if you’re getting the deal that is good for you. Second, if you can live without certain options, or find a car that the dealer has in stock, those vehicles will always bring the best price to you. If the dealer has to trade another dealer for a car you want, there will be hardly any markdown in price.

Remember to negotiate, negotiate, and negotiate some more! They will really want to make the sale, and if they can see by the look on your face that the price isn’t right, they should try and do better, or just ask them to do better. The last thing they will want to see is you walking out the door without a new car. Sometimes this strategy really works in getting the best price. Even if you have to go home, expect a call very soon from the salesperson or manager offering a better price. More than likely it will work out for the best.

Also, there are some very special financing options during this period as well. Expect anything from 0% interest to cash back, or in some cases, even both! Shop around and you will definitely find what you want at the price you want to pay!

All in all, now is the time to buy if you’re in the market for a new car or truck. Every single car manufacturer has the same problem….getting rid of the 2011 models to make room for the 2012. It’s time to make the move and get your best year end new car deals possible! Get going!!
